Sales Tax

State laws require us to collect sales tax from residents who live in states where we have established offices. Osiris’ main offices and distribution center are in California; therefore, we are required to collect sales taxes on orders shipped to locations in the state of California.

Shipping Information

Please note: We are offering free shipping on all orders over $50! (*Hawaii and Alaska excluded) Order processing takes 1-3 business days to complete. Please expect your package 6-9 business days after your order is processed. Please note that as per our shipping policy, any order with a PO Box shipping address will be canceled. Currently shipping U.S. orders only.

Expedited shipping is available via UPS 3 day select, 2nd day air, and next day air for an additional fee.

We accept orders online 24 hours-a-day, seven (7) days a week. Orders entered into Osiris Shoes will then be processed (pending credit card approval) and shipped out from our California distribution center.

Orders placed Monday-Friday before 9:00am PST will begin processing that day, excluding holidays, and will ship within 1-3 business days pending availability and credit verification. All orders placed after 9:00am PST will begin processing the next business day. Orders placed on Friday after 9:00am PST will begin processing on the following Monday. If the merchandise selected is not currently available or if additional identification is needed for credit verification, Osiris customer service will contact you by email. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
