Although we skate everyday, another official Go Skateboarding Day has come and gone. This year we posted up at the Bishop park in Oceanside with our friends from Ipath, Innes, The Skateboard Mag, World Industries, Stereo, Neff, Surfride, and Asylum. Chipotle hooked up some burritos and Powerade supplied drinks for everyone. What more can you ask for? After a gloomy Saturday the weather cleared up just in time as we had a perfect Sunday afternoon with clear skies and a slight breeze keeping us cool all afternoon. Innes and Stereo rep Daniel Santovin organized the Chipotle high ollie challenge and our own flow rider Mike Long took home the win along with Andy Beaumarche. The park was was packed with close to 300 kids throughout the afternoon and there was even a guest appearance by Jimmy “The Executioner” Carlin. Thanks to everyone who made it out to the event and those who helped make it such a great success. See you next year.
