This past week a few of our riders and several others headed down to Cabo on their dirt bikes to pay tribute to Jeff "OX" Kargola. The ride was a total of 8 days starting in Ensenada and ending in Cabo San Lucas! "this ride is not for everyone" Cameron Steele" says. " this ride takes someone who is willing to push their mental and physical limits and is willing to learn to keep a straight head for over 1,500 miles while riding through some of the most beautiful,rough,rocky and sandy conditions. On Thursday the 18th of October the only FMX event that Dew tour hosts was held in San Fransisco. This event catered to two categories.. Best whip, and Best trick. Our very own Adam Jones with a Double Grab Flip to no handed lander ended up with the #1 spot on the podium and Wes Agee secured a solid 3rd place by doing a huge back flip no-footed can.
Last week Nick Dunne headed up to Chico to put on a few FMX exhibitions for the 2012' "Chico Air Show" Nick was accompanied by Julian Dussue while doing back flips over jets with an 80ft gap! Both riders were fortunate enough to earn themselves a seat in a stunt plane as a token for there performance.
This past weekend was the 10th annual ASA FMX Championships feturing riders such as Ronnie Faisst, Derek Garland, Jimmy Fitzpatrick and many more! This contest was once know for it holding the largest purse in FMX history until the energy drink bum of course.
