The Nuclear Cowboyz tour is back, ready to take on 2012!

Wes & Faisst back on the bike

The long awaited road to recovery for Faisst and Wes is nearly complete. Faisst has been vigorously attending rehab and personal training to strengthen his leg after having surgery to remove screws from his femur.

Just the other day, Faisst broke in his new Honda CRF450 and hit ramps for the first time. He was only able to run through a few of his tricks, but they looked as solid as ever.

Sometimes you don’t need to crash to suffer an injury, which is what happened to Wes during Metal Mulisha’s Black Friday filming in Australia. While documenting the sickest FMX footage to date, Wes over jumped and hyper extended his ankle.

Fortunately, nothing was broken but it did force Wes to spend time off his bike. We spotted him practicing at Fitzland, and from the looks of it, Wes hasn’t lost a step. Look for Faisst and Wes to be 100% for the 2012 Nuclear Cowboyz Tour, starting January 13th in Baltimore, MD.

Ronnie Faisst takes 2nd at Dew Tour SLC Utah!

Ronnie Faisst took on this weekends Dew Tour Speed & Style in Salt Lake City, Utah! Faisst has had a unfortunate year after his accident at Nuclear Cowboys when he broke his femur. His training and recovery led him to finish off a Bronze medal in this years X Games 17 Speed & Style. From that moment on he has been putting time in on the track to put Osiris on the podium again.

In the first round Faisst took on a huge jump start, taking the hole shot into the first corner, gaining some speed and distance from the rest of the pack. He held his line and speed, finishing off with some sick style taking 1st and advancing into the finals.

In the finals Mike Mason & Faisst had a stand off right out of the gate as Faisst went for the inside and Mason took the corner hole shot. Faisst cleared the next few sections and powered threw the whoops giving Mason a run for his money. Faisst finished up the final round taking second place in the Salt Lake City, Dew Tour Speed & Style contest! Congrats Faisst on your podium finish and Ronnie will be training up for the next stop and final round of Dew Tour in Las Vegas, October 14th – 16th.
