Leticia Bufoni
Leticia rips. Each time I see her, I become more and more impressed. Leticia is the future of girls skateboarding. I caught up with her the day after she won the Maloof contest and chatted a bit.
Everyone in the contest was amazing, what was it like skating with all the girls while they were ripping so hard? It was so amazing and they're the girls who inspire me to skate and being there with them was a blast! They are sooo good, and they motivate me to skate.
Being that you were one of the youngest girls out there, were you intimidated at all? Not really. When I first came to compete in the X-Games I was very intimidated. After I got to skate with them more often, and we're all friends now.
Were there any tricks you wanted to try but didn’t get to before time was out? Yep, I wanted do the big handrail and ollie from the roof gap into the bank which I did before a couple days before, but Elissa was doing it, so I didn't want to look like I wanna go after her.
Now that you are 25K richer, what are you going to do with the money? Buy lots of candy.....I'm just kidding, I'm gonna save for my future and be able to live in California.
What’s next? Keep Skating, learn new tricks and film for the new the Side Project video that's is coming up.

We are organizing a urban sports event on november 10 in Lima Perú.
There will be exponents of skateboard , roller skate and bike. Total 6 exponets. 3 peruvians and 3 foreign.
We would like to have the presence of Leticia Bufoni. The event will last 4 hours.
